Rope drop: Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (if 38"+) or Fantasyland

If your preschooler meets the 38" height requirement, Mine Train is magical at rope drop with 10-minute waits. Otherwise, head to Fantasyland: the dark rides here are perfect for ages 3–5.

Pro tip: Afternoon shows (Hall of Presidents, PhilharMagic) are air-conditioned and perfect for avoiding the 1–3pm heat.

Evening plan

  1. 1Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (if 40"+ and excited)
  2. 2Evening parade from Fantasyland end of Main Street
  3. 3Cinderella Castle fireworks (best view from the hub)
Reserve a spot for fireworks 30 minutes early on Main Street or near the hub. The evening light show on Cinderella Castle begins before the fireworks.
