How do I cancel my plan?
The Day Pass and the 30-Day Pass are one-time purchases, so there is nothing to cancel — they simply end, and you return to the free tier until you buy another. The Annual Pass is the one plan that renews: go to Account → Billing and click "Manage subscription" to cancel it. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Why is my Stardust balance lower than expected?
Stardust is awarded for specific actions: account creation (+50), wiki contributions (+50), Swiz citations (+25), and more. Check your profile page for a full breakdown.
How do I report inaccurate park information?
On any wiki article, click "Verify" to flag it as inaccurate — this earns you +5 Stardust. For AI responses, use the "Outdated?" button below any Swiz message.
What is Stardust and what can I use it for?
Stardust is your reputation score on ParkSwiz. It unlocks tier upgrades (Day Tripper → Keyholder → Gold Circle → The Architects → The Legends) and early access to new features.
