First Aid at Disney World: Locations and What They Offer

If you’re carrying insulin, EpiPens, or any refrigerated medication, stop by First Aid Services when you enter the park and let them store it for the day. This is one of Disney’s most underused services—registered nurses will keep your medication properly refrigerated in its original container, and you can retrieve it whenever needed without lugging it through the Florida heat.

First Aid Locations by Park#

Each of the four Walt Disney World theme parks has a dedicated First Aid station staffed by registered nurses during all operating hours.

At Magic Kingdom, you’ll find First Aid at the end of Main Street USA, next to Casey’s Corner, just before you reach the Hub. This location is easy to access right after entering the park.

EPCOT’s First Aid is located near the Odyssey Events Pavilion in World Discovery—the building that formerly housed the Odyssey restaurant. It sits between the main entrance area and World Showcase.

At Hollywood Studios, First Aid is positioned near the main park entrance on the right side as you enter, making it convenient to visit before you start your day.

Animal Kingdom’s First Aid station is on Discovery Island, the central hub of the park where all the different lands connect.

Medical Services Provided#

Every First Aid location is staffed by registered nurses who can provide basic medical evaluation and care for minor injuries and illnesses. They’re equipped to handle common park emergencies like cuts, scrapes, blisters, headaches, and upset stomachs.

First Aid stocks over-the-counter medications including pain relievers, antacids, and bandages. They can also monitor blood pressure and provide allergy treatment, including administering epinephrine in emergency situations.

Medication Storage: The Most Underrated Benefit#

Here’s what most guests don’t know: Disney First Aid will store medications for you throughout the day, including items that require refrigeration. This means insulin, biologics, EpiPens, and other temperature-sensitive medications can stay properly stored instead of being exposed to Florida heat in your bag.

Bring your medication in its original labeled container. Stop by First Aid when you arrive at the park, and the nursing staff will refrigerate it for you. You can return anytime during the day to retrieve doses or pick everything up when you leave.

Nursing and Lactation Rooms#

Lost Child Reunification#

If a child becomes separated from their party, First Aid serves as a designated reunification point. Cast Members throughout the park know to bring lost children to First Aid, where they’ll be cared for by nurses until parents or guardians arrive.

Guest Services and First Aid work together on this process, so if you’ve lost a child, alert the nearest Cast Member immediately and head to First Aid.
