The Edison is as much an entertainment venue as a restaurant — themed around a 1920s power plant with burlesque and live entertainment on select nights (21+ after 10pm). The cocktail program is one of the best in Disney Springs. Come for dinner and stay for the entertainment, but be aware the late-night performance elements restrict entry to adults only. The food is solid American gastropub; the setting and drinks are the main event.
