California Grill is the premier dining experience at the Contemporary Resort — the rooftop terrace and the dining room both offer spectacular Magic Kingdom fireworks views. Request to be seated with a fireworks-facing table. The restaurant will replay the fireworks audio through their sound system and dim the lights. Book at 60 days out, especially for 9pm+ slots on fireworks nights. The goat cheese ravioli has been a fixture on the menu for decades and is iconic.
